Return conditions
- Products must be unused and returned in original packaging.
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will process the refund to the original payment method.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include a photo of the issue.
